Mallory's Dance Recital and Museum Trip 2009

I had my tap/ballet/gymnastics dance recital in June! Mommy says I did a great job! Grandma Diane and Granddaddy Steve came to see me! Here are some pictures and a video to watch!

I also went on my FIRST class field trip in June! My 4 yr. old preschool class took a trip to the NC Museum of Life and Science! It was awesome! Mimi stayed home with Kiley so mommy and I could have a "date!" I touched a beetle, snake, crocodile, and rabbit while I was there! Mommy made sure to wash my hands after. (especially after the beetle! Ewwwwwww!)

Walking and Talking

Some big news we have lately is that Kiley is walking and talking
like crazy now!! Watch and see!

We've been busy enjoying the summer weather at our neighborhood pool!! This year I am much more brave in the water! I'm even going down the slide now!! See?




Now mommy and daddy don't even have to catch me!
Day by day I'm getting more comfortable!


Kiley likes it too!




Mommy brought out my old castle for us to play on when it's rainy outside!!
Kiley's a big climber so she's loving it!

All Wet and Dry

My friend Gavin moved to Florida last weekend. He came over a lot the weeks before they left so we could have lots of play times together! I will miss Gavin SO much. Mommy will miss Gavin's mommy too! We'll keep in touch though! Here we are playing tea party!!

Kiley's Aunt Peg gave her this AWESOME pony for her birthday! We ALL love it! It can hold up to 65 lbs, so even I can ride it! Here's the song it plays!! Kiley will dance to it sometimes!!

Couldn't pass up on putting the latest bath pictures on the blog!

After the bath it was time to get dry....so I got in the dryer! Mom put it on the gentle cycle...Just Kidding!! :) One day I'll look back and wonder how I could have been small enough to fit in there!

Kiley said Papa !

Kiley said "Papa" the other day! Papa was pretty impressed!! :) She's been trying to say pretty much anything we ask her too! She's learning FAST!! :)

Kiley's ONE !!

We can't believe that Kiley is one year old now!! Wow! We had a great time celebrating her birthday on Saturday with a few friends and family! Just something small and sweet for our little sweety!! :)



She sure looked pretty in the birthday dress that daddy picked out for her!! Mommy dressed me up all nice too, and the weather couldn't have been any better!

She enjoyed present time too! She liked the tissue paper WAY more than the actually presents! Go figure! Nah....she loved all her presents...especially the new walker that GG and Grandma gave her!! :)
